Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast (born May 7, 1998), is an American YouTuber and entrepreneur. 6. His YouTube videos are famous for featuring expensive stunts. Donaldson began posting videos to YouTube in early 2012 at the age of 13, under the name "MrBeast6000" His early content included everything from "Let's Plays to "videos which estimated the riches of other YouTubers." After his 2017 "Counting to 100,000" video received tens and thousands of views in a matter of days, Donaldson was a YouTube sensation. His first content consisted of Let's Plays as well as videos that predicted the wealth of other YouTubers. Donaldson hired his childhood friends to help run the brand after it started to grow. In 2022 the MrBeast team consisted of 60 people.Donaldson's primary YouTube channel, which reached 100 million subscribers on July 28, 2022, is known as "MrBeast".
