Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents Her career began as a child actor shortly after immigrating to the United States. She is most famous for her appearances in AT&T television commercials. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020). Commercial appearances weren't the only thing she did. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also had a regular role in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub has also been the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish and born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At two years of age, she and her parents immigrated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. When she was five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was in part due to the difficulties in the family's finances. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She she was able to get an GED and then went to complete the Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. As part of the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
