Rachael Cook
Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4, 1979) is an American actress and model. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
